A Tri-party Collaboration Meeting held at Primeasia University among Australia- Bangladesh and China

Primeasia University has organized a collaboration meeting for an academic co-operation with Chongqing Business Vocational College, China and Australian Royal Education Group (AREG) Australia under Cambridge College International (CCI) on Saturday May 05, 2018 at its Board Room, Banani, Dhaka.
The Vice Chancellor of Primeasia University, Prof. Dr. Abdul Hannan Chowdhury has conducted the program as the Chair while Mr. Alwin Liwen Xu, Commissioner of Foreign Cooperation and Exchange Office, Dr. Ershad Ali, Director, AIS St. Helens, Auckland, New Zealand, Mr. Haoren Wang, Business Development Manager, Royal International Education Group, Australia were present in the collaboration program.
Among others, Mr. AKM Ashraful Haque, Treasurer, Mr. Abul Kashem Molla, Registrar, Prof. Dr. AHM Habibur Rahman, Dean, School of Business, Prof. Dr. AJM Omar Faruque, Dean, School of Science, Controller of Examinations, all heads of the departments, Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts), Deputy Director (Planning & Development) and other senior officials of Primeasia University were also attended in the meeting.
The meeting was held with the objective of nurturing the educational exchange and cooperation among the institutions and agreed to start a collaboration programs, Joint Research activities, Faculty and Student exchange programs and other academic co-operations.
The project would be under China’s “Belt and Road” Education initiative to promote “Going out China” and “Bringing in China” a two-step implementation strategies to the region. Under this project a Chinese language center would be established at Primeasia University. Through this project Bangladeshi student will have the opportunity to study in China with scholarships and students will be able to pursue degrees at partnering institutions in Australia. This project will also give Chinese students to pursue programs at Primeasia University. There will be opportunities for faculty members and students to participate in exchange visits and collaborative research.
